ABOUT PHOENIX PLANNER CO.
Rebuilding Should Not Feel Like Another Test You Have to Pass
Phoenix Planner Co. helps women rebuild after abuse, survival mode, and life-altering change through compassionate words, practical tools, and realistic structure. You do not have to rebuild perfectly. You do not have to do it all at once. You are allowed to begin with the next step.
Why I Created Phoenix Planner Co.
There was a time in my life when I felt like I was constantly trying to hold everything together.
I was surviving, but I was not living.
I was navigating trauma, abuse, addiction, mental health struggles, motherhood, and the overwhelming task of rebuilding a life that no longer looked the way I thought it would. Even ordinary responsibilities could feel enormous when my mind and body were still preparing for the next crisis.
During that process, I learned something important:
Healing is not only emotional. Rebuilding is practical, too.
It happens through boundaries, routines, paperwork, financial decisions, difficult conversations, and small acts of self-trust repeated over time. It happens when you find a way to take care of what matters without punishing yourself for what you cannot manage today.
Phoenix Planner Co. grew from the tools, guidance, and compassionate structure I needed while rebuilding my own life—a place where women could feel understood while also finding practical support for what comes next.

What Rebuilding Through Structure Means
Rebuilding through structure is not about becoming more productive, controlling every part of your life, or following a perfect routine.
It is about creating enough steadiness to make the next decision feel possible.
A simple plan can reduce the number of things you have to hold in your head. A written routine can create consistency during an unpredictable season. A workbook can help you name what you need. A planner can help you see that even the smallest step still counts.
The right structure should support you—not shame you, rush you, or demand more than you have to give.
At Phoenix Planner Co., structure is flexible, compassionate, and grounded in real life. It is something you can return to when plans change, difficult days happen, or you need help finding your footing again.
Structure should serve you—not control you.
What We Believe
Healing Is Not Linear
Progress can include pauses, setbacks, grief, anger, rest, and beginning again. A difficult day does not erase the work you have already done.
You Do Not Have to Rebuild Alone
Support matters. You deserve tools, information, and relationships that help you feel less isolated while you find your way forward.
Compassionate Structure Can Support Stability
Gentle routines and practical systems can make daily life feel more manageable without turning recovery into another standard you have to meet.
What Happened to You Does Not Define Who You Become
Your experiences are part of your story, but they do not determine your worth, identity, or future.
Small Steps Matter
Rebuilding is often found in ordinary choices made over time. One phone call, one boundary, one completed page, or one plan for tomorrow can be meaningful progress.
Practical Support for Real Life
Phoenix Planner Co. creates resources for the emotional and practical realities of rebuilding. Every resource is designed to offer a clear purpose, a manageable next step, and room to move at your own pace.

SURVIVOR. WRITER. MOTHER. FOUNDER.
Meet Theresa Vale
I’m Theresa—the founder of Phoenix Planner Co. and the author of I Was Never Broken.
I created this company from lived experience. I know what it means to rebuild while still carrying the effects of what you survived. I know how exhausting it can be to manage motherhood, mental health, relationships, responsibilities, and recovery while appearing to everyone else as though you are holding everything together.
I also know how lonely rebuilding can feel when encouragement is everywhere, but practical help is difficult to find.
My work brings those two needs together: compassionate honesty that helps you feel understood and realistic structure that helps you decide what comes next.
I am not here to tell you there is one correct way to heal or rebuild. I am here to share what I have learned, create the tools I once needed, and offer a steady place you can return to when you are ready.
You do not need to be fixed. You were never broken.
